Welcome to Next Green IT. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and purchase of goods and services from us.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all sales of goods and/or services offered by NEXT GREEN IT (SASU 932 956 758, 38 Rue du Bois Galon, 94120 Fontenay-sous-Bois, France) to consumers and professionals via our website or via other order methods. The client ("you") acknowledges having legal capacity to enter into the contract.
2. Products & Services
We describe the essential characteristics of the refurbished and new IT equipment, accessories, guarantees, and specific services on each product sheet. Stock availability, prices, delivery timelines are indicative and not binding unless confirmed in writing.
3. Price & Payment
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), unless otherwise stipulated. Delivery and additional service fees will be added during the ordering process. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as listed on our site.
In case of late payment, penalties may apply as provided under Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
4. Order & Acceptance
The order is placed when you complete the online ordering process and confirm payment. We will send an order confirmation email. The sales contract is formed when we send the order confirmation.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made to mainland France and other zones indicated on our site. Delivery time indicated is an estimate. In absence of a stipulated delivery date, the maximum delay is 30 days from order confirmation according to Article L.221-11 of the French Consumer Code.
In case of delay exceeding seven days beyond the agreed date, you may request cancellation and refund.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period starting the day after receipt of the product (Article L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code). To exercise this right, you must send a clear notice to Next Green IT. Return costs are at your expense unless otherwise specified.
7. Legal Warranty & Hidden Defects
We adhere to the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the hidden defects guarantee (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In case of non-conformity, you may choose replacement or refund.
8. Commercial Warranty
Products may benefit from a commercial warranty in addition to statutory warranties. Terms are specified on each product page. Extended warranties (such as Pack Serenity) may incur additional fees.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order and does not cover indirect damages such as lost profits, data loss, business interruptions, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, etc.).
11. Intellectual Property
The website, its content, graphics, logos and trade-marks are the property of Next Green IT or its licensors. Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
12. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the order process are necessary for contract performance and are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and French data protection law.
13. Cookies & Tracking

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by French law. Unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise, any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Next Green IT is headquartered.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on our website. The terms applicable are those in force at the time of the order’s payment.
